COMPLETE THE STEPS BELOW IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE DRIVER REGISTRATIONS

STEP ONE
Ensure driver is eligible to complete by reviewing the driver eligibilty page.  Click here to review.

STEP TWO
Complete the official 2024 TDC Entry & Release/Driver Registration Form.  Click here for the forms.

• Drivers with incomplete forms are not eligible to compete.
• Confirm the competition class matches on both pages.
• Electronic signatures are acceptable.
  • Make sure the Competition Class selected matches the class from page 2
  • Signatures may be electronic
  • FIRST YEAR PARTICIPANTS:  please type ROOKIE to the right of the State TDC Field on the bottom right portion of the Form
• Save the completed Driver Entry Form to your computer or device & email complete forms to Emily Housby at emily@iowamotortruck.com

STEP THREE
Complete the Driver Medical Release Form.  Click here for the form.

• Sections marked with an * are required.

STEP FOUR
Finalize the registration by accessing the Official Registration Page for the event.  Click here to finalize.

• YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
  • Enter your email address and click GO
    • If the email address is NOT in our database – enter your name, then click continue
    • If the email address is in our database – confirm your name, then click continue
• SELECT REGISTRATION OPTIONS
  • Select the appropriate quantity of drivers your company will be registering.
• REGISTRATION INFORMATION
  • Under each "attendee" select <Someone else> from the dropdown menu & enter in the driver's information
  • If the driver name is unknown at the time of registration, put TBD as their first & last name.
• COMPLETE REGISTRATION
  • Here you can select to pay online, or pay by invoice.
